Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 4pm CST should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are handled on the following Monday or the first business working day after. Please note due to unforeseen events, or natural causes shipping delays may occur. Should shipping delays occur shipping could take up to 7-10 business days.

Priority Shipping- Orders placed before 4pm CST should arrive in 1-3 business days depending on the time orders were placed, where your package starts and where it's going. Tracking and insurance are included with this shipping method. Please note shipping delays may occur.

FREE SHIPPING - All Orders $99+
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $99 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $99 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $5.99.

Returns and Refunds
Returns - Unfortunately, we cannot accept open, unopened, or used java bags under our return policy for refund or exchange. However, if you have any issues with the product you ordered, just give us a call and or send an email to admin@darkbeautyjava.com and we will be more than happy to assist.
